Openc2e Release Plan

See the google code tracker for tagged bugs in order of priority with vague release plans.

Things which fuzzie thinks need to be done before *any* release:

design a download page which makes the alpha status clear and avoids people bugging us for C3/DS/CV issues
someone has to actually volunteer to do some basic sanity checking and then tag a revision

Things which would be nice to do, but which will happen with some kind of alpha 0.1.1:

~~stop the Windows installer from presenting the LGPL (it isn't an EULA, and besides, the GPL applies to the shipped binary)~~

either make sure VeraSe.ttf is always included/depended-upon, or add some fallbacks to things like DejaVu and Arial - otherwise some people get no fonts

- Mac Os X build includes it and set arial as default font.
check if Possum's gentoo ebuild still works, and link to it if so
